MOBILITY RETAIL SALES AT BLUEWATER SHOPPING CENTRE
We are actively seeking candidates that may wish to join a business that has ambitious plans to grow over the next 5 years. This expansion means that in time, we will have the need for newly recruited staff to step in to more advanced roles as they become available. As such, we would like to develop staff to learn all aspects of the business that will enable them to progress.
Our mobility business has already the largest number of stores in Kent. The UK’s increasingly ageing population means that the demand for mobility products such as mobility scooters and wheelchairs is continuing to grow and our business plans is to meet this growth by adding more stores to our network. Our business is forged on providing exceptional customer service and any candidate that may wish to join us will need to embrace this principle above all others.
It is our intention to provide a working environment that exposes the successful candidates to the following aspects of our business:
- The retail sales floor
- Onward customer management
- Invoicing and accounting principles.
- Our servicing/repair department
- Stock management
- Transport & logistics
Our Bluewater store is open 7 days per week and candidates will need to work 5 days from 7, which will include rostered weekend working and possibly evening work.
Earnings will be in line national minimum wage rates plus however we would like all candidates to be rewarded should they exceed sales targets, which will be introduced at an appropriate time.
