Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Store Supervisor to join our team at the Ultrasun & SkinSense temporary pop-up store in Bluewater this May. We’re opening a summer-skincare concept store dedicated to exceptional products and memorable customer experience. We need a brilliant individual to manage the store day-today with the support and training of our Head Office team. In this role, you will lead by example to drive sales, support and manage junior sales staff, and ensure brand standards and high levels of customer service are upheld. 
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and team motivation. Our pop-up is only open for a month, so we need to maximise every opportunity!
• Supervise and support junior team members, providing guidance and as needed
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and brand representation
• Assist in inventory management, visual merchandising, and daily operations
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently

About The Applicant:

Requirements:
• Previous supervisory experience in retail a must. We already have a small team of sales assistants, but it’s supervisory/store manager experience we are looking for.
• Experience or an interest in beauty/skincare 
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Organised, reliable, and sales-driven
Team members from our head office will be in store each day to support store teams during core trading hours, but we require a supervisor who can work evening and weekend shifts to in addition to daytime shifts. 
Our pop-up opens on Thursday 8th May until Sunday 8th June so candidates must be available to work during this time.
