About the Opportunity

T.M. Lewin is opening a new store in Bluewater shopping centre in October 2026, and we’re looking for a Store Manager to play a key role in the launch and ongoing success of the store.

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved with a new store launch, build a strong team and deliver an outstanding customer experience from day one. You’ll suit this role if you enjoy a hands-on environment, value high standards, and want to make a visible impact within a growing heritage menswear brand.

As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of store performance, people leadership, and operational standards. You’ll lead from the front on the shop floor, coaching your team to achieve sales targets while upholding the quality and service standards T.M. Lewin is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team
• Set clear expectations and support performance through regular coaching and reviews
• Create a positive, inclusive team culture with strong engagement and morale

Sales & Customer Experience

• Drive sales through effective target-setting, floor leadership, and role-modelling
• Ensure customers receive personalised styling advice and excellent service
• Monitor feedback and continuously improve the in-store experience

Commercial & Operational Excellence

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
• Control payroll, costs, and stock loss within agreed budgets

Merchandising & Stock Management

• Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
• Use sales and stock data to inform replenishment and merchandising decisions
• Support promotional activity and seasonal launches

About You

• Management experience in a retail environment (fashion or premium retail preferred)
• Comfortable taking accountability for store performance and standards
• Commercially aware, with experience working to sales targets and KPIs
• Confident people leader with a coaching mindset
• Passionate about customer service, quality, and brand standards

Pay & Benefits

• Salary £42,000-44,000 per annum (depending on experience)
