Retail Sales Advisor
Full-time | Bluewater Shopping Centre, Greenhithe | £13.50 per hour + performance-related bonuses
Join the Just in Case team at Bluewater. We specialise in premium smartphone accessories, screen
protection and personalised products. We are looking for a confident, proactive and sales-driven Retail
Sales Advisor who enjoys speaking with customers and achieving targets.
This is an active, sales-focused role - not simply a position behind a till. You will approach customers,
identify their needs, recommend suitable products and turn conversations into sales.
What you will do
• Proactively engage customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate and recommend smartphone accessories and protection products.
• Work towards individual and store sales targets and suggest relevant additional products.
• Deliver professional customer service and maintain high store presentation standards.
• Support stock organisation, transactions and day-to-day store operations.
What we are looking for
Previous experience in retail sales or another customer-facing sales role is required.
• Confidence approaching customers and starting sales conversations.
• A proactive, reliable and commercially driven attitude.
• Good communication skills and motivation to achieve targets.
• Full-time availability, including weekends on a rota.
• The ability to commute reliably to Bluewater for scheduled shifts.
Experience with mobile accessories is not required - full product training will be provided
