About the Opportunity
T.M. Lewin is opening a new store in Bluewater shopping centre later this year, and we’re looking for part-time Keyholders to join the team.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a new store opening, working closely with store management and playing a vital role in helping to support daily operations and driving sales.
This role is perfect for someone with solid retail experience who wants to take the next step toward management.
Hours are flexible, with opportunities on a part-time basis (minimum 15 hours per week). Please indicate your availability as part of the application process.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Duties
- Open and close the store independently, ensuring security and operational standards are met
- Handle cashing up, safe checks, and banking responsibilities when required
- Take charge on the shop floor in the absence of senior management
Sales & Service
- Deliver outstanding customer service, role modelling the standards for the team
- Coach colleagues on sales techniques, product knowledge, and upselling
- Help maintain TM Lewin’s “Shirt Expert” service reputation
Visual Merchandising & Store Standards
- Maintain floor presentation and visual merchandising to brand standards
- Oversee stock rotation, replenishment, and promotional setups during peak trading
Team Development
- Support the training and onboarding of new colleagues
- Support the store management team to clearly communicate sales targets, promotions, and daily priorities to the team
